Alpha & Omega declares govt management transition

Alpha and Omega “introduced that its board authorised a management transition plan during which Dr. Mike Chang, presently Chief Govt Officer and Chairman of the Board, will function Govt Chairman of AOS, and he’ll transition the position of Chief Govt Officer to Mr. Stephen Chang, presently the President of AOS. The management transition shall be efficient on March 1, 2023. As a full-time Govt Chairman, Dr. Chang will proceed to be deeply concerned in AOS by focusing extra on strategic issues similar to key relationships with vital companions and clients of AOS and know-how improvement important to make sure sustained and long-term progress. Dr. Chang may even proceed to function Chairman of the Board.”
