Join Music Group expands operations in UK through acquisition of artist and label providers agency MTX
Memphis-based distribution and publishing administration providers startup Join Music has acquired London-based artist and label providers supplier MTX Music.
Join co-founder Askia Fountain will head up MTX Music’s operations as Managing Director, focusing its providers on the UK’s hip-hop and R&B neighborhood. He’ll lead the expansion of MTX’s A&R and advertising and marketing groups within the coming months.
As well as, Join says it’s granting MTX Music entry to its $10 million credit score facility to assist the event of rising UK expertise, with as much as $1 million out there per artist.
