FTC more likely to file lawsuit to dam Microsoft’s $69 billion bid for Activision

(Reuters) – The U.S. Federal Commerce Fee (FTC) is more likely to file an antitrust lawsuit to dam Microsoft Corp (NASDAQ:)’s $69 billion takeover bid for online game writer Activision Blizzard Inc (NASDAQ:), Politico reported on Wednesday, citing three folks with data of the matter.
The FTC, Microsoft and Activision didn’t instantly reply to requests for remark from Reuters.
