Matt Novak, a senior author at Gizmodo, has been made redundant after nearly 10 years with the outlet. Novak’s tweet reads:
“It’s been an honor to work with such superb, gifted individuals for therefore lengthy. I liked my job and I do know that I used to be tremendously fortunate to have it for so long as I did.
“Because of Australian labor regulation, it appears like I’ll nonetheless be writing at Gizmodo for a couple of month longer. I don’t know what I’m going to do subsequent. I’ll in all probability be heading again to the U.S., so if anybody has writing work they assume I’d be good for, please let me know.”
