Margot Robbie has but to substantiate if she’ll reprise her position because the baseball bat-wielding Harley Quinn in future movies. But when she does, a brand new love curiosity could also be becoming a member of her, if she has any say within the matter. Throughout a current interview, Robbie mentioned that she hopes a queer romance could also be within the playing cards between her character and Poison Ivy.
“I’ve been pushing for that for years,” she advised ComicBook.com in a current interview. “I can’t let you know how onerous I’ve been pushing for that. I need it too.” When requested who she envisioned taking part in the character, who was portrayed by Uma Thurman in 1997’s Batman & Robin and is voiced by Lake Bell within the HBO Max animated collection, Robbie replied:“Truthfully… I all the time image like Poison Ivy within the comics. I don’t actually really image an actress doing it.”

I used to be like, ‘Wow! Cate Blanchett did Queen Elizabeth I. Now I get to.’ It’s such an honor to have constructed a basis robust sufficient that Harley can now be a type of characters that different actors get to have a go at taking part in. And I believe [Gaga] will do one thing unimaginable with it.”
