Three killed, 13 other injured in Pishin blast
QUETTA: At least three people were killed and 13 other injured in a deadly blast that occurred near the police lines in Pishin, Balochistan.
Rescue sources said the bomb blast reported near Surkhab Chowk in the Central Market of Pishin claimed lives of three people including a woman and two children, while 13 other — including five policemen — were injured.
The rescue workers and local police rushed to the spot and started the relief activities.
The injured were moved to the Quetta Trauma Centre. A car and motorcycle were also damaged in the blast.

On the other hand, Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that the elimination of terrorism from the region is essential for future stability.
The statement comes following the explosion in Pishin’s Central Market near Surkhab Chowk in Balochistan which claimed lives of three people including a woman and 2 children while injuring 13 others including policemen.
Bilawal Bhutto strongly condemned the terrorist attack, and expressed grief over the martyrdom of two children who lost their lives in the blast.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari hoped that the terrorists would soon be arrested by the law enforcement. He further added that the elimination of terrorism from the region is crucial for the future stability.
