Country music star Jana Kramer and former soccer player Allan Russell have tied the knot. The couple, who welcomed their first child, Roman James, in November 2023, wed in a romantic ceremony at the Carnell Estate in Scotland on July 13, 2024.
Kramer first hinted at her new relationship in January 2023 during an episode of her podcast, Whine Down with Jana Kramer, and made it Instagram official later that month. Despite initial concerns about long-distance dating, Kramer embraced the relationship. After six-and-a-half months of dating, Russell proposed, and the couple announced their engagement in May 2023.
Russell, a former soccer player from Glasgow, Scotland, and now a coach in England, shares a teenage son from a previous relationship. Kramer, previously married to Mike Caussin with whom she shares two children, Jolie Rae and Jace Joseph, expressed her happiness in her new chapter of life.
The couple’s wedding paid homage to Russell’s Scottish heritage, with traditional elements like a kilt and haggis pie. Kramer emphasized the importance of having her children present, stating, “It was important for me to have the wedding for Jolie and Jace, so they can see that we’re married now.”
