Downtown Artist & Label Services partners with SymphonyOS to offer AI-powered marketing tools at a discount
Music distribution and label services company Downtown Artist & Label Services has partnered with SymphonyOS to address the challenge of artists seeking new ways to market their music without sacrificing time spent on music creation.
Downtown Artist & Label Services, part of the Downtown Music Holdings group, has turned to SymphonyOS, an AI-powered marketing operating system, to offer user-friendly marketing services that include a suite of AI-powered tools designed to streamline artist marketing efforts and deliver results.
The alliance follows successful campaigns with artists like Billboard chart-topping multi-genre singer-songwriter Hunter Hayes, mehro, and Ryan Nealon, according to a press release on Monday (June 3). The partnership with SymphonyOS helped boost ticket sales and reach new listeners for Hayes, while SymphonyOS’s Conversions tool helped Nealon extend the reach of his videos, resulting in 99% audience growth in his following around a song release.
Indie singer-songwriter mehro also used SymphonyOS to create effective ads, collect audience insights, and make data-driven decisions for his future marketing efforts. This helped the artist reach 784,000 new potential fans through a two-week marketing campaign around his song ketamine.
“The data you see [on SymphonyOS] is very user friendly, especially for people who don’t know how to run ads.”
Ryan Lassi, mehro’s Marketing Manager
Ryan Lassi, mehro’s Marketing Manager, said, “The data you see [on SymphonyOS] is very user friendly, especially for people who don’t know how to run ads.”
“[It] feels like the algorithm knows what it’s doing, and takes the thinking out of it. Suddenly, anyone can become a digital marketer.”
The latest collaboration provides Downtown’s artists with access to SymphonyOS’ platform at a reduced cost.
SymphonyOS, with over 40,000 artists on its platform, provides a range of marketing tools including AI-powered campaign creation, consolidated analytics, a website builder, and unique features like “Forever Saves,” allowing fans to subscribe to automatic updates on new releases. In August 2023, SymphonyOS raised $1 million from its pre-seed funding round.
“As we see the needs of artists and their teams evolving rapidly, SymphonyOS’ suite of tools represents an important shift in the way we and our partners can make the most informed decisions, with the goal of developing a targeted fan base of authentic listeners.”
